Having already worked on developing the social media strategy for Bournemouth Tourism in 2017, Bournemouth & Poole Tourism merged into a joint-working partnership in 2018 and later in 2019 as part of a local government reorganisation has since become 'Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole Tourism'.

 

Soul Motion was asked to conduct a review of processes in 2018 and then develop and implement a new social media strategy for the Poole Tourism channels, which included a social branding revamp, content creation campaign and promotional video for the destination.

The initial aim was the bring the Poole Tourism brand up to a similar standard of delivery as had come to be expected from the Love Bournemouth Brand and place it in the best possible position for future growth.
